ZZYP type independent pressure regulating valve without additional energy, the use of the medium itself pressure as power source
to introduce the actuator control spool position,change the pressure difference and flow at both ends, so that before the valve
(or after the valve) pressure stability. lt has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing, small power of pressure set

This series of products have single seat(ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM),double (ZZYN),three structures; Actuator has film type, piston type two kinds, The type of action is after pressure regulation for decompression valve (type B) and before pressure regulation for pressure relief valve(type k). The nominal pressure levels of products are PN16, 40,64; Valve body diameter range DN20 ~ 300; There are three levels of leakage:l,lV and Vl. The flow characteristic is fast opening; Pressure is segmented from 15 to 2500Kpa. Can be combined according to the need to meet the requirements of user working conditions.

It depends on the torque of actuator.
The detailed timing would be as the following:

Electric actuator can be customized the quick actuation gear,

Our regular electric actuator can't be resettable automatically while power-off.
But it can go to the multiturn electric actuator model with the extra electrical storage device along,
which acheieve the valves can be automatic reset(normally closed) while power failure.

7. Have the electric actuator had the presence of limit switches (contact about the position of the cut-off device)?
Yes, there is the position indicator on the top of actuator.
The open/closed status can be checked visually.

9.Is there any manual override of electric valve?
Yes, every electric valve includes the manual override.
